In accordance with the provisions of Article 9″ and the second paragraph of the
Article 10″ of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to Article 18
of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized, I hereby inform
You as an essential fact of the Larrain Vial Dover Investment Fund, which in session of
board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds, held on February 15, 2023, agreed to the distribution of a
provisional dividend in the total amount of USD 999,999.99 charged to profits
of the Fund’s 2023 financial year.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
February 21, 2023 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
