From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N?30, of this Entity, being duly authorized, I hereby inform
to You as an essential fact of the Larrain Vial Dover Investment Fund, which in session
of the board of directors of its administrator, Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds, held on April 6, 2022, the distribution of a
provisional dividend in the total amount of USD 559,856.01 charged to profits
of the Fund’s 2022 financial year.
I also inform you that the payment of the aforementioned dividend will be made as from
April 12, 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
