By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10? of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Court Square IV (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you
as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held
On May 2, 2023, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and the related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect, as members of the Supervisory Committee, Messrs. Víctor
Bunster Hiriart, Roger Mogrovejo Morón and Antonia Ipinza Silva, and set his
remuneration in 15 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5
Sessions;
The expenditure budget for the 200-unit Supervisory Committee was approved
Development;
It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s external audit firm the firm of
external auditors Grant Thornton;
It was agreed to appoint Analytics as an independent expert or valuer of the Fund
Lab.
