From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N*30, being duly empowered as general manager of Larraín
Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the Administrator), hereby
I inform you as an essential fact of Investment Fund Larraín Vial Court Square
IV (the Fund), as follows:
Pursuant to Article 37 of Title X of the Rules of Procedure of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on June 22
of 2022, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the reduction of the
value of the fund fee, for the total amount of USD 646,678.99, corresponding to USD
527,020.07 for Series S, USD 75,198.07 for Series |, USD 15,039.66 for Series F and
USD 29,421.19 for the R series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend for the total amount of USD 86,890.00, corresponding USD
70,812.22 for Series S, USD 10,103.87 for Series |, USD 2,020.78 for Series F and
USD 3,953.13 for the R series charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease and dividend indicated will be made to
from June 29, 2022 at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N” 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
