By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, in relation to article 18″ of Law N”
20.712, duly authorized and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), a management company
of the Larraín Vial Apollo IX Investment Fund (the “Fund”), I come to communicate
to you as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the
Fund held on April 28, 2023, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator was approved, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and the financial statements
corresponding;
It was agreed to elect Mr. Victor as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Bunster Hiriart, Carlos Astudillo Aravena and Sergio Espínola Ortega, and set his
remuneration in 20 Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5
Sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 was approved
Development Units;
It was agreed to appoint HLB as the Fund’s external audit firm
Surlatina Chile; and
It was agreed that the Fund should be appointed as independent experts or valuers of the Fund.
