From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712 on the
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in relation to article 9″
and 10″ of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market, being duly empowered
as General Manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of
Internal Regulations of the Larraín Vial Apollo IX Investment Fund, the following:
By virtue of the provisions of numeral TWO of Title X of the Internal Regulations of the
Fund, the Administrator was entitled to carry out capital reductions
of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary assembly of
contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on March 8
of 2023, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, through the decrease of the
value of the fund fee, for the total amount of USD 440,000.00, corresponding USD
317,202.43 for series |, USD 34,990.54 for series P and USD 87,807.03 for series S.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend for the total amount of USD 160,000.00, corresponding USD
115,346.34 for series |, USD 12,723.83 for series P and USD 31,929.83 for series S
charged to the Fund’s 2023 profits.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease and dividend indicated will be made to
as of March 14, 2023 at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida El Bosque Norte N*0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry.
