INVESTMENT FUND LARRAÍN VIAL APOLLO IX

By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10″ of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Inversión Larraín Vial Apollo IX (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies of Contributors of the
Fund held on May 18, 2022, the following was agreed:
A) Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator, relating to
the management and administration of the Fund and the related financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Victor Bunster Hiriart as members of the Supervisory Committee,
Carlos Astudillo Aravena and Nicole Landerer Leiva and their remuneration was set at 20
Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The expenditure budget for the 200-Unit Supervisory Committee was approved
Development;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada; and
5. It was agreed to appoint BC as independent experts or valuers of the Fund
Advisors.

B) Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1. It was agreed to modify numeral 2.6 of number TWO “COMMITTEE OF
VIGILANCE” of Title VIIl “RULES OF CORPORATE GOVERNANCE” of the
rules of procedure of the Fund; and
2. It was agreed to adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the
Decisions of the Assembly.
