From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of Article 18 “of Law No. 20,712 on the
Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios and in relation to article 9″
and 10″ of Law 18,045 of the Securities Market, being duly authorized,
I hereby communicate to you as an essential fact, that in accordance with
what was agreed at the Board of Directors Meeting Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the Administrator), held on February 22, 2023, will be carried out to
a capital decrease and distribution of interim dividends of the Fund, in
The following terms:
The decrease in capital will take effect by decreasing the value
fund fee, for the total amount of USD 1,399,999.99, corresponding to USD
450,189.85 to Series R contributors, USD 431,784.68 to Series P contributors and
USD 518,025.46 to Series L contributors.
The distribution of the provisional dividend, charged to the net profits received from the
year 2023 of the Fund, will be of a total amount of USD 110,000.00, corresponding to USD
35,372.06 for Series R, USD 33,925.94 for Series P and USD 40,702.00 for Series 1.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease and provisional dividend indicated
will be carried out from February 28, 2023 in the offices of the Administrator,
located at Avenida El Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the 5″ business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments
that they are holders on that date.
