Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly
and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Larraín Mutual Fund (the “Larraín
Vial ACP Secondaries 4 (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as an essential fact
that at the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 25, 2022,
It was agreed as follows:
l.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee Mr. Luis Felipe
Miranda Salas, José Brito Figari and Aníbal Silva Streeter and their remuneration was set at 20
Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint Addval Auditores as the Fund’s external audit firm
Spa; and
It was agreed to appoint as independent experts or valuers of the Fund to Pact
Capital.
