From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly empowered, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Background
de Inversión Inversiones Hoteleras (the “Fund”), managed by Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, which on January 4, 2023 held the
Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, in which:
1. The sale of 100% of the shares of the company called
Inmobiliaria Cerro San Cristóbal SpA, a subsidiary of Inversiones Hoteleras Holding
SpA which is in turn a subsidiary of the Fund, which owns the property where
locate the Sheraton Santiago Hotel.
2. Such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the
decisions of the Assembly.
