REF.: COMMUNICATES LIQUIDATION OF THE FUND
From our consideration:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform as an essential fact of Fondo de Inversión Inversiones Hoteleras (the “Fund”,
administered by Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, the following:
By means of Ordinary Official Letter N*81,975 dated October 27, 2022 issued by the Commission for the
Financial Market, the liquidation of the Fund has been instructed since it is not giving
compliance with the requirement enshrined in Article 5? of Law No. 20,712 consisting of counting
permanently with a patrimony not less than the equivalent of 10,000 Development Units.
In the coming days, this Administrator will summon an Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors with the
in order to submit the process of liquidation of the Fund for its consideration.
