From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10” of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, finding myself
duly empowered, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Background
de Inversión Inversiones Hoteleras (the “Fund”), managed by Larraín Vial Activos S.A.
General Fund Administrator, which on October 26, 2022 was held the
Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, in which:
1. It was agreed to amend the Rules of Procedure of the Fund with regard to (i) Title Il
“Investment and Diversification Policy”, in order to incorporate certain clarifications and
updates to the Fund’s investment object; and (ii) Title IV “Limit of
Indebtedness”;
2. The contributors were informed about situations relating to the Fund and its
businesses that may affect your interests; and
3. It was agreed to adopt other agreements necessary to implement the decisions of the
Assembly.
