Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
de Inversión Rentas Industriales Asset DLS (the “Fund”), which in ordinary session of
directory of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), is
agreed to the distribution by the Fund of a dividend in the amount of
$90,023,196 equivalent to $276 for each fee subscribed and paid that you are entitled to
dividend as of the payment date indicated below.
The payment of this dividend will be made from May 5
2023, and all contributors who are registered in the
Register of Contributors to the Fund as of midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment. Such payment shall be made (1) by deposit into the indicated current account.
by the contributor to the Administrator, or (ii) will be sent to the address informed by the
contributor, if requested. After 90 days from the date of payment referred to,
payment shall be made at the offices of the quota department of the CSD Registries,
located in Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Torre Nueva Santa María,
Providence.
