From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9″ and the second paragraph of article 10%
of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the General Rule
N*30, of this Commission, being duly empowered in my capacity as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Active Investment Structured Finance Peru (the Fund) the following:
In accordance with the provisions of numeral TWO of Title X of the Internal Regulations
of the Fund, the Administrator was empowered to make reductions in
Capital of this fund without the need for any agreement of an extraordinary meeting
of contributors, for up to 100% of the subscribed and paid contributions of the Fund, or
value of the contributions of the Fund, in order to return to all the Contributors the part
proportional of your investment in the Fund.
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on 22
July 2022, a decrease in the capital of the Fund was agreed, by decreasing
of the value of the fund’s quota, for the total amount of USD 1,219,689.04, corresponding to
USD 125,791.10 for series |, USD 806,838.95 for series S, USD 129,719.35 for series
R series and USD 157,339.64 for F series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend in the total amount of USD 383,453.00 charged to profits
of the Fund’s 2022 fiscal year, corresponding to USD 39,546.95 for the series |, USD
253,658.76 for Series S, USD 40,781.93 for Series R and USD 49,465.36 for Series F.
Likewise, I inform that the payment of the decrease and dividend indicated is
will be carried out from July 26, 2022, in the offices of the Administrator, located
in Avenida El Bosque Norte number 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., to Contributors who are registered in the registry
corresponding to the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
