Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
de Inversión Rentas Industriales Asset DLS (the “Fund”), which in ordinary session of
directory of Asset Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), is
agreed to the distribution by the Fund of a dividend in the amount of
$370,204,085 equivalent to $1,135 for each fee subscribed and paid that you are entitled to
dividend as of the payment date indicated below.
The payment of this dividend will be made from January 10
2023, and all contributors who are registered in the
Register of Contributors to the Fund as of midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment, that is, at midnight on January 03, 2023. Such payment shall be made (1)
by means of deposit in the current account indicated by the contributor to the
Administrator, or (ii) will be sent to the address informed by the contributor, if so
has requested. After 90 days from the date of payment referred to, the payment will be
will be held at the offices of the fees department of DCV Registros, located at Av.
Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Torre Nueva Santa María, Providencia.
