From our consideration:
We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of
Independencia Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administradora”), agreed in
Board meeting held on March 21, 2023, summon to Ordinary Assembly
of Contributors of Fondo de Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias (the
“Fund”), to be held on April 27, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of the
Administrator, located at Rosario Norte 100, office 1501, commune of Las Condes, with
in order to deal with the following matters:
1. Approve the annual account of the Fund to be presented by the Administrator, regarding the
management and administration thereof and approve the Financial Statements
corresponding;
2. To elect the members of the Supervisory Committee and to fix their remuneration, in the event of
correspond;
3. Approve the budget for the expenses of the Oversight Committee;
4. Designate the Fund’s external audit firm from among those registered in
the Register kept for this purpose by the Commission for the Financial Market;
5. To appoint the independent appraiser(s) or appraisers required to
valuing the Fund’s investments; and
6. In general, any matter of common interest of the Contributors that is not of the Contributors’ own interest.

ANNUAL REPORT
The annual report of the Fund will be available to Contributors and the public
in general in advance of the assembly on the Administrator’s website
http://www.indafi.cl/, as well as in the offices of the Administrator.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY AND TO VOTE REMOTELY
They will have the right to participate in the Assembly, the Contributors who appear registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of their
celebration.
In accordance with the provisions of the Commission for the Financial Market in the Standard
General N? 435 and in Official Circular 1.141, both dated March 18,
2020, the Contributors are informed that they will be able to attend and vote in the Assembly for
technological means.
Contributors are informed that, in order to participate, attend and vote in the
Assembly, the Administrator has made available the platform “Click and Vote”
provided by “DCV Registros”, which, as indicated below, considers
participation in the Assembly through the technological means of video conferencing
“Zoom”, promoting participation in this way, without prejudice to the possibility of

£ Vote” referred, access the link that will redirect you to the “ZOOM” platform
through which the Assembly will be held, and the platform must be enabled

v) Once the Assembly has begun, and in case it is necessary, the system will be used
“Click £ Vote”.
In view of the fact that the holding of the Assembly considers the adoption of
remote voting and bearing in mind the provisions of article 179, paragraph 4 of the Law
N? 18.045 on the Securities Market, the quotas of entities that hold securities for
account of third parties in their own name, in respect of which these entities are not
entitled to exercise the right to vote, shall not be taken into account for the calculation of the quorum of
attendance.

The qualification of powers, in the case of Contributors or representatives attending the
