Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard No. 30 and its amendments, finding me
duly empowered, I hereby inform you as an essential fact of Background
of Investment Independence Real Estate Rents (the “Fund”), which in session
extraordinary board of directors of its administrator, Independencia Administradora General
of Fondos S.A., held on March 7, 2023, it was agreed to distribute a
provisional dividend of Fondo de Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias with
charge to the Net Profits Received corresponding to the year 2023, for the
amount of $14 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to dividend to date
of payment indicated below.
The payment of this dividend will be made from March 30
2023, and all contributors who are registered in the
Register of Contributors to the Fund as of midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment, that is, of the day March 24, 2022. Such payment shall be made (i) by means of
(i) deposit in the current account indicated by the contributor to the fund manager, or
(ii) the address provided by the contributor, if so requested, or, (iii)
You can pick it up at any Banco Crédito e Crédito branch or office.
Inversiones-BCI in Chile. After 90 days from the date of payment referred to, the payment
will be held at the offices of the quota department of DCV Registros, located at
Av. Los Conquistadores 1730, 24th floor, Providencia. New Santa Maria Tower.
