Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard N*%30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
of Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias (the “Fund”), which in session of
directory of Independencia Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the
“Administrator”), held on November 22, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a
provisional dividend of the Fondo de Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias, with
charge to the Net Profits Received corresponding to the year 2022, for the
amount of $20 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to dividend at the
Date of payment indicated below.
The payment of this dividend will be made from the 22nd of
December 2022 and all those contributors who appear will be entitled to it.
