Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and in relation to the provisions
in General Standard N*%30 and its amendments, finding me
duly authorized, I hereby inform you as an Essential Fact of Substance
of Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias (the “Fund”), which in session of
directory of Independencia Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the
“Administrator”), held on May 24, 2022, it was agreed to distribute a
provisional dividend of the Fondo de Inversión Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias, with
charge to the Net Profits Received corresponding to the year 2022, for the
amount of $16 for each installment subscribed and paid that is entitled to dividend at the
Date of payment indicated below.
This dividend will be paid as of June 30.
of 2022 and will be entitled to it all those contributors who are registered in the
Register of Contributors to the Fund as of midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date
of payment, that is, of June 23, 2022. Such payment shall be made (i) by means of
deposit in the current account indicated by the contributor to the Administrator, or (ii)
(ii) the address provided by the contributor, if so requested, or, (iii)
You can pick it up at any Banco Crédito e Crédito branch or office.
Inversiones-BCI in Chile. After 90 days from the date of payment referred to, the payment
will be held at the offices of the quota department of DCV Registros, located at
Av. Los Conquistadores N*1730, 24th floor, Torre Nueva Santa María, commune of
Providence.
