Dear Sir or Madam:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10% of the
Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
being duly empowered, I hereby inform you as Fact
Essential Investment Fund Independencia Rentas Inmobiliarias (the “Fund”, which
On April 28, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors was held,
in which the following agreements were adopted, among others:
1. The annual account, the annual report, the opinion of the external auditors were approved,
the balance sheet and financial statements of the Fund for the financial year 2021;
2. The annual account of the Supervisory Committee was approved;
3. The members of the Supervisory Committee were elected for a further term until
next Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, which was composed of the
following persons:
/i/ Paul Mazoyer Rabié;
/ii/ Roberto Perales González; and
/iii/ Mario Tessada Perez.
4. It was agreed to fix a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee of 25
Gross Development Units for each session they attend, with a maximum limit
from 6 sessions until the next Ordinary Assembly of Contributors;
5. It was approved to set a budget of expenditure of the Supervisory Committee of the Fund of 300
Development Units;
6. The Fund was designated as the Fund’s external audit firm for the financial year 2022
company Surlatina Auditores Limitada; and
7. It was agreed to appoint as independent consultants for the valorization of the
investments of the Fund in the year 2022 to Mario Corbo y Asociados and BDO.
