Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby, and in compliance with the provisions of Article
18? of Law No. 20,712 on the Administration of Third Party Funds and Individual Portfolios,
Article 9? and the second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045 on the
Values, being duly empowered, I hereby communicate to you the
following information as an Essential Fact with respect to the Investment Facility
Independencia Doral (the “Fund”.
In ordinary meeting of the board of directors of the management company
of the Fund, Independencia Internacional AGF S.A (the “Administrator”), held with
On January 17, 2023, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend to the contributors of the
Fund, charged to the Net Profits Received corresponding to the year 2023, for
the total amount of USD $421,047.3 according to the following detail by series of installments:
a. Series A, for the total amount of USD $274,131.93 which, considering the number of
quotas entitled to receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors,
equals USD $0.032382 per installment.
a. Series B, for the total amount of USD $146,915.37 which, considering the number of
quotas entitled to receive dividends at the date of the Board of Directors,
equals USD $0.032674 per installment.
The payment of this dividend will be made from the 24th day of
January 2023, and all contributors registered in the Registry will be entitled to it
corresponding to the fifth working day prior to the date of payment, that is, January 18, 2023, to
