By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of article 18″ of the Law N*
20.712, Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10? of Law N* 18.045, and duly
authorized by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the

At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HPH Il Investment Fund (the “Fund”), held
On May 3, 2023, it was agreed:

The approval of the annual account of the management of the Fund by your company
and the Fund’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.

To fix a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee for the meetings
to those who attend for an amount of 15 UF, with a maximum of 5 sessions.
That the expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee amounts to 200 UF, up to
the celebration of the next Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
The designation of PKF as the Fund’s external audit firm
for the financial year 2023.
The designation of the company Analitics Lab as the firm of valorizers
independent of the Fund for fiscal year 2023.
