Extraordinary Fund Contributors of
HPH Investment |.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712,
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
In Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HPH Investment Fund | (the “Fund”),
held on April 26, 2022, it was agreed:
i. Approve the final account for the liquidation of the Fund in accordance with point (f) of the
Article 74 of Law No. 20.712;
li. Approve the liquidation report of the Fund;
iii. Approve the report of the Fund’s external auditors for the financial year
corresponding to the year 2021 and its financial statements;
iv. To approve the report of the Supervisory Committee relating to the financial year corresponding to the
year 2021;
v. Approve the account of payments made to contributors on the occasion of the settlement
of the Fund;
vi. Terminate the liquidation of the Fund, and;
vii. The other necessary agreements were adopted to implement the decisions of the
Assembly.
