From our consideration:
By means of this, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712, the
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered by the
Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”),
I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the Administrator, of the following:
In a meeting held on April 13, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Administrator has agreed
The following:
Cite to Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HPH Investment Fund | (the “Eondo”) for
on April 26, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, notwithstanding the possibility that one or more contributors
can appear by technological means, in accordance with the provisions of the Standard of
General Character N*435 and Circular Offices N*1.141 and 1.149 of the Commission for the
Financial Market, given the circumstances.
The matters to be discussed in said Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors will be the following:
a) Approve the account of payments made to contributors on the occasion of the settlement of the
Bottom;
(b) Approve the final account for the liquidation of the Fund in accordance with subparagraph (f) of the
Article 74 of Law No. 20.712;
(cc) To approve the report of the Fund’s external auditors on the
liquidation of the Fund and the financial statements of the Fund and the financial year 2021;
(d) To approve the report of the Supervisory Committee on the liquidation process of the Fund;
(e) To terminate the liquidation of the Fund;
f) Adopt other agreements deemed pertinent.
In accordance with the current health situation in the country, the Board of Directors of the Administrator, in accordance with
General Rule No. 435 and Commission Circulars No. 1.141 and 1.149
for the Financial Market, will inform the contributing gentlemen with due anticipation
about the remote technological means that will be used to enable participation, and
remote voting, indicating the mechanism for this and the way in which each contributor or his/her
representative, may prove their identity and power, as appropriate.
