From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of Article 18* of Law N* 20,712,
Article 9* and second paragraph of Article 10* of Law N* 18,045, and duly empowered
by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
“Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
In Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HPH Investment Fund | (the “Fund”),
held on April 11, 2022, it was agreed:
i. The dissolution of the Fund as of April 11, 2022.
li. Designate the Administrator as the liquidator of the Fund.
iii. The terms and conditions of the Fund’s liquidation process.
