1. At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on May 17, 2009, the following
The following matters, among others, were approved during the year:
(i) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.

2. At the Extraordinary Meeting of Contributors to the Fund, also held on May 17
