Ref.: Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC PNTN
administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712 and
Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, I have come to inform you as
ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
In Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos,
agreed:
a) The distribution of a provisional dividend from the HMC PNTN Investment Fund, charged
to the results of the year 2023, amounting to the total sum of USD 205,000.00. In
by virtue of the foregoing, each Contributor will receive the sum of 0.0041891436 dollars of the
United States of America for each contribution subscribed and paid into the Fund.
This dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars.
b) The distribution of a provisional dividend from the HMC PNTN Investment Fund, charged
to the results of the financial year 2023, amounting to the total sum of EUR 84,570.00. By virtue of
of the above, each Contributor will receive the sum of 0.0017281750 euros for each fee
subscribed and paid into the Fund.
This dividend will be paid in cash and in euros.
These provisional dividends will be paid as of April 5, 2023, at the offices of the
Administrator, located at Av. Américo Vespucio Norte N*2500, oficina 401, comuna de
Vitacura, Santiago, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it from any Contributor registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the due date
