Ref.: Informs ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC Multifamily
US III, administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
In Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos,
agreed to the distribution of an interim dividend from the HMC Multifamily Investment Fund
US TIT, charged to FY2022 results, amounting to the total sum of USD
140.000,02. Pursuant to the foregoing, each BD Series Contributor will receive the sum of
$0.0074919301 for each subscribed and paid instalment of that Series in the Fund,
a BP Series Contributors will receive the sum of $0.0074915006 for each installment
subscribed and paid of said Series in the Fund, Series I Contributors will receive
an amount of $0.0075224739 for each subscribed and paid instalment held in respect of that Series
in the Fund and Series X Contributors will receive the amount of $0.0075252383 for
each subscribed and paid instalment held by it from such Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of May 2, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located
in Av. Américo Vespucio Norte N* 2500, oficina 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, de
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it all Contributor registered in
the Register of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the date on which it is
payment is due.
