From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
It is communicated to the Contributors that in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), it was agreed to distribute a
interim dividend of the Investment Fund HMC Mezzanine Inmobiliario III (the
“Fund”), charged to the results of the financial year 2023, amounting to the total sum of
347,823,181 pesos. By virtue of the foregoing, each Series 1 Contributor will receive the sum
of 567.9261522155 pesos for each quota subscribed and paid that it has in said Series in the
Fund and each Series R Contributor will receive the sum of 579.4398219830 pesos for each
subscribed and paid share held in said Series in the Fund.
This provisional dividend will be paid in cash and in pesos, as of April 26
of 2023, in the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Vespucci North Number
2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours and will be entitled to collect it every Contributor registered in the Register of Contributors to
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
