By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HMC Mezzanine Investment Fund
Real Estate III managed by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held
On April 14, 2022, the distribution of 30% of net profits was agreed
received during the year 2021. Pursuant to the foregoing, the Fund shall distribute the sum
of $40,133,000.- as a definitive dividend. Consequently, each Contributor of
Series I will receive the sum of 73.5069911061 pesos for each installment subscribed and paid that
holds such Series in the Fund and the Contributors of the R Series shall receive the sum of
74.9247383962 pesos for each subscribed and paid quota that you have of said Series in the
Background.
This dividend will be paid in cash and in pesos, as of April 22, 2022, in
the offices of the Administrator, located at Avenida Américo Vespucio Norte N*2500,
office 401, Vitacura, Santiago, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will have the right to charge everything
Contributor registered in the Contributor Registry at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the date on which payment is due.
