Ref. Notification of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting of Contributors
HMC CVC Mutual Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20,712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law,
hereby discloses as a material fact the “HMC CVC Mutual Fund” (in Spanish, “Fondo de Inversión HMC CVC”) (in
hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as follows:
1. At the Ordinary Meeting of the Fund’s Contributors held on May 17, 2001, the
The following matters, among others, were approved this year:
(1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005.

(11) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the year
2023 Mr. Christian Schiessler García, Mr. Jorge Sepúlveda Torres and Mr. Rodrigo
Ravilet Llanos, establishing his budget, expenses and remuneration;
(III) Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023;

(IV) An independent expert or appraiser has been appointed to appraise the
investments of the Fund for fiscal year 2023 to the firms Asesorías M31 and Pivot.
2. At the Extraordinary Meeting of Contributors to the Fund, also held on December 17
May of this year, a capital decrease in the Fund was approved for up to
100% of the subscribed and paid installments and/or 100% of the installment value thereof, in the case of the
terms of the internal regulations.
