Ref. Communicates summons to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC Andean Private Debt Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
By agreement of the board of directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, the following were summoned.
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “HMC Andean Private Debt Investment Fund”
(hereinafter, the “Fund”), to be held on first call, on May 18, 2023, at
5:20 p.m., at the offices located at Av. Amerigo Vespucci North N? 2500, office 401,
commune of Vitacura, Santiago, and in second summons on the same day and place at 5:40 p.m.,
in order to deal with matters of their knowledge.
It is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the
Official Circular N* 1141, both of the Commission for the Financial Market will allow the
Remote assistance to the assembly. In accordance with the above, it was agreed and approved to use
Technological means and procedures necessary to prove the identity of persons
who participate remotely in it or of its power, as the case may be, and its vote, which will be
timely communicated in the relevant summons.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the respective meeting,
at the place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
