Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC Andean Private Debt Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “HMC Debt Investment Fund”
Privada Andina” (hereinafter, the “Fund”, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 19, 2022,
The following subjects were approved, among others:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2021;
2) Elected as members of the Fund’s Audit Committee for the financial year 2022
Hugo Luis Caneo Ormazabal, Patricio José Eguiguren Muñoz and Hernán
Santiago Guerrero Hinojosa, setting his budget, expenses and remuneration; and
3) Surlatina was appointed as an external audit firm for the year 2022.
