Investment Fund FYNSA Upper Renta Residencial US I.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712
and to the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate
as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “FYNSA Upper Renta Residencial US Investment Fund
T” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) that, with this date, it has become aware of the disposal of
a part of its real estate assets, carried out by one of the entities in which
indirectly invests the Fund, through the company FYNSA Upper US I LLC, active
underlying the Fund.
