FYNSA Energy Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712
and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate
as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “FYNSA Energía Investment Fund” (hereinafter, the
“Fund”) that, with this date, the sale of 100% of the shares of which it was
owner of the Fund in respect of the company called “Anpac SpA”, shares corresponding to the
the Fund’s main investment asset.
