REF: COMMUNICATES AGREEMENTS OF THE ORDINARY ASSEMBLY OF CONTRIBUTORS
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10″ of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of FONDO DE INVERSIÓN FEN VENTURES lll (the
“Fund”), which on May 30, 2022, the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the
Fund, in which the following agreements were adopted, among others:
1. The members of the Supervisory Committee were elected, which was composed of the following
people:
a. Juan Cristobal Pávez;
b. Franco Mellafe; and
C. Joaquin Brown.
2. It was agreed not to remunerate the members of the Supervisory Committee for the period covered
between this date and the celebration of the next ordinary assembly of contributors;
3. It was approved to establish a budget for the Audit Committee of the Fund until the conclusion of
the next ordinary assembly of contributors of 200 Development Units; and
4. The company was designated as the Fund’s external audit firm for the financial year 2022
PKF Chile Auditores Consultores SpA.
5. The company will be appointed as independent consultants of the Fund for the financial year 2022
Pacto Capital y Carrillo y Asociados.
