Ref: Informs ESSENTIAL FACT stating
Falcom Tactical Chilean Equities Mutual Fund.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and in articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, we communicate in character
of ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
That the investment fund of the redeemable type called “Falcom Investment Fund”
Tactical Chilean Equities”, will distribute as dividends the sum of 5,720,046,052.-
, an amount that corresponds to 100% of the Net Profits Received for the year 2021
susceptible to be distributed as dividends. The amount of the dividend to be paid will be
distributed among the series of quotas of the Fund in proportion to the rights that each
series represents the total assets of the Fund and then this amount will be distributed to the
The Company’s share of each series will be prorated in proportion to their participation in each series.
This dividend will be paid in cash as of June 28, 2022 at the offices of
the Administrator, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., having the right to it, the
Contributors who are registered as such in the Register of Contributors of the Fund to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
