Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712
and in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby inform you of the following

At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Falcom Small Cap Chile Investment Fund” held at
On May 16, 2023, the following matters, among others, were approved:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.

2) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for fiscal year 2023.
Mr. Andrés Román Peña, Mr. Sergio Godoy Wilson and Mr. Alejandro Vergara Solar, fixing its
remuneration and expense budget; and,
3) Grant Thornton was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
