Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
Falcom GTCR Private Equity Fund XII.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20.712
and in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby inform you of the following
of ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the “Falcom GTCR Private Equity XII Investment Fund”.
The following matters, among others, were approved at a meeting held on May 15, 2023:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2022;
2) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for fiscal year 2023.
Messrs. María Angélica Armas, Jaime Loayza O’Connor and Aníbal Silva Streeter, setting their
remuneration and expense budget;
3) Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for the fiscal year 2023; and
4) Analytics was appointed as independent appraisers or valuers for fiscal year 2023.
