By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10 of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Investment Europe Pharma Online (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as fact
essential that at the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on 27
April 2023, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. Rodrigo Swett as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Brown, Felipe Díaz Lorca and Manuel Oneto Faure, and their remuneration was set at 15
Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 400 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Ltda.; and
It was agreed to appoint an independent expert or valuer of the Fund to the Pact
Capital.
