Pursuant to the provisions of Article 9* and the second paragraph of Article 10
of the Securities Market Law, in relation to article 18″ of Law N”

Investment Europe Pharma Online (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you
as an essential fact that in the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund
Held on April 11, 2023, the following was agreed:
1.
The creation of a new series of quotas and the modification to the
Characteristics of the existing ones and for this purpose, the
other amendments to the Fund’s rules of procedure as indicated to
continuation;
The amendment of Article 2″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure;
3. The amendment of Article 3″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, relating to
to its object;
The amendment of Article 15″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, which
establishes the series of the Fund;
The amendment of Article 16″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure brings
remuneration;
The amendment of Article 24″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, referred to
quota exchanges;
The amendment of Article 30″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, referred to
the procedure for the liquidation of the Fund;
The amendment of Article 31″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure, relating to
the profit-sharing policy;
The amendment of Article 37″ of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure on
capital decreases;

10.La amendment of Annex A to the Fund’s rules of procedure;
11.La amendment of Annex B to the Fund’s Rules of Procedure;
12.An increase in the capital of the Fund under the terms of Article 36″ of the
Internal Regulations of the Fund, issuing for this purpose 3,500,000 quotas of
the new S series, and approving the terms of the preferential offer of
subscription of quotas; and
13.Other agreements necessary to implement the decisions of the
Assembly.
