Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 9* and 10, second paragraph, of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Investment Europe Pharma Online (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as fact
essential that at the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on 27
May 2022, the following was agreed:
1.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Felipe Díaz as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Lorca, Manuel Oneto Faure and Rodrigo Swett Brown, and their remuneration was set at 15
Development Units per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 400 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Limitada; and
It was agreed to appoint Analytics as independent experts or valuers of the Fund
Lab.
