By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10* of the
Securities Market Law, in connection with Article 18″ of Law No. 20,712,
duly empowered and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the management company of the Fondo de Fondos de
Investment Europe Medneo Health Tech (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you how
essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on the 27th
of April 2023, the following was agreed:
1. The annual account of the Fund presented by the Administrator was approved, relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and the corresponding financial statements;
2. It was agreed to elect Mr. René González as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Rojas, José de Almorzara Valenzuela and Gonzalo Urzúa González, and set his
remuneration in 15 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
3. The budget for expenses for the Oversight Committee was approved for 200 units.
Development;
4. It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile as the Fund’s external audit firm
Auditores Consultores Ltda.; and
5. It was agreed to appoint as independent experts or valuers of the Fund to Pact
Capital and Carrillo y Asociados (CEA).
