Under Article 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10? of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly
and on behalf of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Activos S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Administrator”), management company of the European Investment Fund
Medneo Health Tech (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as an essential fact that
at the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 27, 2022,
Agreed as follows:
l.
The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. René González as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Rojas, José Ignacio de Almozara Valenzuela and Gonzalo Urzúa González and set his
remuneration in 15 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 200 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint PKF Chile Auditores as the Fund’s external audit firm.
Consultants Ltda.; and
It was agreed to appoint Carrillo $ as independent experts or appraisers of the Fund.
