From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10% of
the Securities Market Law, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712,
being duly empowered, I hereby report to you as a fact
essential of DRAKE REAL ESTATE PARTNERS FUND IV (the “Fund”),
that on May 8, 2023, an Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the
Fund, in which were adopted, among others, the agreements detailed in
continuation:
1. The annual account of the Fund relating to its management and administration was approved.
and its Financial Statements;
2. It was noted that, considering the results of the Fund,

year ended December 31, 2022;
3. The annual account of the Audit Committee was approved;
4, The members of the Supervisory Committee were elected, which was composed
by the following persons:

/1i/ Thomas Pablo Verbeken Manríquez, identity card number
13.831.945-8; and
/i1i1/ Iván Vera Palma, identity card number 8.541.184-5.
5. It was agreed to fix a remuneration for the members of the
Surveillance of 15 gross Development Units for each session to which
attend, with a maximum of 5 sessions per year paid until
holding of the next ordinary meeting of contributors;
6. It was approved to establish a budget for the Audit Committee of the Fund
until the celebration of the next ordinary assembly of contributors of
200 Development Units;
7. Appointed as the Fund’s external audit firm for the financial year
2023 to Grant Thornton; and

8. It was agreed to appoint as independent consultants for valorisation
of the Fund’s investments in fiscal year 2023 to Analytics Lab.
