From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10% of the Market Law
of Securities, in relation to Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized,
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of DRAKE REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT FUND
PARTNERS FUND lll (the “Fund”), which on May 8, 2023 were held as follows:
Assemblies of Fund Contributors, in which the agreements that were adopted were adopted, among others.

A. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1.
The annual account of the Fund relating to its management and administration and the States
Financiers of the same;
It was noted that, considering the results of the Fund reported in the
the board of directors agreed that no dividends would be distributed due to the lack of
Net Profit Received in the year ended December 31, 2022;
The annual account of the Supervisory Committee was approved;
The members of the Supervisory Committee were elected.

It was agreed to fix a remuneration for the members of the Supervisory Committee of 20
Gross Development Units for each session they attend, with a maximum limit of 4
sessions per year with remuneration until the next regular meeting of the Board of Directors.

It was approved to establish a budget for the Fund’s Supervisory Committee until
the celebration of the next ordinary meeting of contributors of 200 Unidades de
Development;
The Fund’s external audit firm for the financial year 2023 was designated as the
Grant Thornton Company; and
It was agreed to appoint as independent consultants for the valorization of the
investments of the Fund in the year 2023 to Analytics Lab.
B. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
1.
A capital decrease of the Fund was agreed under the terms of Number TWO. of the
Section X. “CAPITAL INCREASES AND DECREASES” of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure;

Other agreements related to the implementation of the decisions of the
Assembly.
