From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, being duly empowered in
quality of general manager of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of
Drake Real Estate Partners Fund ll! (the Fund) the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors to the Fund dated May 30, 2022,
agreed to a capital decrease of up to 100% of the installments subscribed and paid of the
Background. At that meeting, the Fund’s contributors also agreed that the aforementioned
Decrease of capital would materialize in one or more partialities, through the
decrease in the number of Contributions to the Fund or by decreasing the value of
each of the Fund Quotas, as determined by the Administrator
Therefore, in a meeting of the board of directors of its Administrator, held on 23
December 2022, a capital decrease was agreed, by decreasing the
value of the Fund’s quota, for the total amount of USD 11,265,718.94, for the amount of
USD 10,184,293.25 for each installment of the series |, and for the amount of USD 1,081,425.69
for each share of the P series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend for the total amount of USD 2,133,340.94, corresponding to a
amount of USD 1,928,555.95 to the series | of the Fund, and an amount of USD 204,784.99 to the
series P, charged to the Fund’s 2022 profits.
The payment of the reduction and dividend indicated will be made from the 29th day of
December 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
