From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of article 9% and the second paragraph of the
Article 10% of the Securities Market Law, and in accordance with the
General Character N*30, being duly empowered as manager
general de Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the
Administrator), I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the Fund of
Drake Investment Real Estate Partners Fund lll (the Fund) the following:
At the Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors to the Fund dated May 30, 2022,
agreed to a capital decrease of up to 100% of the installments subscribed and paid of the
Background. At that meeting, the Fund’s contributors also agreed that the aforementioned
Decrease of capital would materialize in one or more partialities, through the
decrease in the number of Contributions to the Fund or by decreasing the value of
each of the Fund Quotas, as determined by the Administrator
Therefore, in the board meeting of its Administrator, held on July 6,
2022, a capital decrease was agreed, by decreasing the share value of the
Fund, in the total amount of USD 7,001,469.94, in the amount of USD 6,329,125.94
for each installment of the series l, and for the amount of USD 672,344.00 for each installment of the
P series.
On the other hand, it was agreed at the same board meeting the distribution of a
provisional dividend for the total amount of USD 1,405,340.94, corresponding to a
amount of USD 1,270,387.95 to the series | of the Fund, with a quota value of USD
0.0265602257239094000, and an amount of USD 134,952.99 to series P, with a value of
USD 0.0263886175780852000, charged to the profits of the year 2022 of the
Background.
The payment of the reduction and dividend indicated will be made from the 12th day of
July 2022 at the offices of the Management Company, located on Avenida El
Bosque Norte N* 0177, 3rd floor, Las Condes, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

before the date of payment, pro rata to the number of quotas held by them.
