Pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712, being duly authorized for such purpose and in compliance with the liquidation procedure of Fondo de Inversión Desarrollo Inmobiliario España Uno (the Fund), I hereby inform that an interim dividend of the Fund will be distributed out of the Net Profits Received corresponding to the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023 in the total amount of €1.413,646.80 equivalent to the amount of €0.20 per share, considering a total of 7,068,234 subscribed and paid shares of the Fund.
Payment of the interim dividend will be made as of Tuesday, May 16, 2023, in cash, in Euros, by check or electronic transfer.
All contributors registered in the register of contributors kept by the Administrator at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date on which the payment is to be made shall be entitled to the payment of the capital decrease.
