Dear Sir or Madam:
Under Articles 9 and 10? of Law No.
18.045 of the Securities Market and Article 18 of Law No. 20.712 on Administration
of Third Party Funds and individual Portfolios, being duly authorized, by
I hereby inform you as an essential fact of the CMB-LV Investment Fund
TIL Infrastructure, (the “Fund”), which in the board session of its administrator CMB-
Prime Administradora General de Fondos S.A. (the “Company”) held on November 10
May 2022, the distribution of provisional dividends for contributors of
Background.
The provisional dividends of the Fund shall be distributed from
Net Profits Received from the Fund for the Year Ending December 31,
2022, for the total amount of $1,280,588,320, which is equivalent to $235 per quota,
considering a total of 5,449,312 installments subscribed and paid.
The payment of the dividend indicated will be made from the 18th day of
May 2022, to the Contributors who are registered in the respective registry, to the
midnight of the fifth business day preceding the date of payment, in proportion to the number of installments
that they are holders on that date, by electronic transfer of funds in account
stream.
